On top of the Quai Branly museum, dedicated to the African, Asiatic, Oceanian and American civilizations (inaugurated in 2006 as the result of the passion for ancient civilizations of the former President of the French Republic Jacques Chirac and the architectural talent of Jean Nouvel), you can eat. And you can eat well, very well even in this restaurant which cuisines are run by Chef Fréderic CLAUDEL. The menu is made based on two elements: freshness and seasonality. At the end of your meal, delicious desserts created by Pascal CHANCEAU will try to surprise you, by their presentation and taste.
But let’s not forget why you are here: to find a rooftop. And while your palate will enjoy the contemporary cuisine, your eyes will focus on La Dame de Fer: The Eiffel Tower. Situated a few hundred meters away, you will enjoy the ballet of the elevator and the little tiny visitors swarming on the first and second floor. And the place is quiet! Protected by large glasses from the noise of the street below, you will feel like you’re not in one of the most crowded place of the French capital. If you get tired of the Tower, then look at its right, and you’ll see the barges quietly (or not!) sailing on the Seine.
